Everything from 405 up felt like garbage cause of this stupid left sided activation problem.  I fought like crazy not to twist and to keep equal weight on both feet, which made for some hilariously awful squats.

2x8x225 - 3 count hold, these made me feel terrible in a way that makes me think I'll be doing a lot more of them.
