I'm slowly working the squat back up and getting everything moving again. I feel good and all the little aches and pains either from the meet or from not training after the meet are going away.
box squats - raw - box 1" above parallel
worked up doing triples to 510 for 1 set
deadlifts
315 for 10 singles
GHR
3 sets of 12 reps
Pretty much everyone I train with is getting ready for a meet within the next 4 months so I spend a lot of time helping them. I enjoy assisting however I can and watching them progress. I'm been fortunate to have a lot of support over the years and I want to be that support for others too.
