Back to the SS Yoke bar today. I wanted to give my elbow a break from torqueing it under the bar so I can push it a bit tomorrow.
SS Yoke bar box squats - box at 15" - wore Metal Ace Briefs
worked up doing triples to 600 for 3 reps
690 for 2 sets of 2 reps
Deadlifts
worked up doing doubles to 405
added 2 chains for 2 reps
added 2 more chains for 2 reps
added 2 more chains for 2 reps
added 2 more chains for 2 reps
added 2 more chains for 2 reps (10 chains total)
reverse hypers
180 for 3 sets of 15 reps
My back wasn't engaging on the squats like I believe it should have. Might be time for some ART.
