12 Weeks Out from USAPL Cbus Lifting Co. Spring Classic

I registered for my next competition, a USAPL meet at Cbus Lifting Co. in Columbus, OH on April 1st. I haven't competed in a USAPL meet in about 3-4 years, so it'll be an interesting experience switching back to benching with my feet flat and squatting without wraps. I'm looking forward to it though, and my goal (aside from PRs) is to get a qualifying total for USAPL Raw Nationals. If I can qualify for IPF events in the Spring, and then qualify for wrapped events like the XPC Finals in the Fall, then I'll have some good options for competitive raw meets throughout the year..

Deadlift Day (Saturday):
