I'm struggling right now to determine if I should push things or stay reserved a bit longer. I've decided to just go day by day based on how I feel. This is not a long term decision but for now I think its what I need to do.

115 pounds of assistance for 4 sets of 10 reps

 

hypers

3 sets of 8 with average band round shoulders

 

hanging leg raises

3 sets of 15
