First two work outs in the books!

For the OHP I worked up to 145 lbs for 10 reps.

Going into the the working sets, I was worried because the bar felt heavy!

It was pretty good to get moving again!

For accessories, I did Lat pull down -> Face pulls -> Push ups -> Push Downs in a circuit.

5 sets of this to help with some of the conditioning.

For squats, I was nervous as hell. It's pretty much the first time I have squatted real weight since the Arnolds last year.

I worked up to 315 for 10 reps. It was great! Technically was sound. Legs were good. I had a hard time holding the weight on my back! I've gotten soft lol.

About the minutes later, my legs were so toasted I couldn't walk!!

It was good to have that pain again
