Background: I work at OSU as a graduate teaching associate and lift at Ludus Magnus. I am a raw lifter who competes in the 105lb weight classes, and am currently prepping for my next meet (when grad school finally gives me a weekend off) . Currently, I am in the process of trying to accomplish my lofty lifting goals, survive graduate school, and teach undergraduates about what I really love, TRAINING..

EFS Q and A
Alycia Israel and I will be doing a live Q&A on Monday, March 23rd (so this Monday!) at 8pm EST. Feel free to shoot as questions. We will answer anthing; training, nutrition, science you name it. Heck, we might even play along if we get trolled.
Random fact: Alycia and I used to live together! So, if you want more random facts, you will have to shoot us some questions!
And in other news
There is exactly 5.25 days left till my thesis is due to be turned in and my manuscript submitted(GULP). Oh and I have a grant proposal thing due Monday that is yet to be started (DOUBLE GULP). I've been writing like a MADwoMAN, but feel like nothing is getting done .
Nothing other than this tree coat-rack I built last night (excuse the crazy hair). After my brain bandwidth gave out yesterday, I decided I might as well build things. It's been my motto of positivity lately: "Build stuff, don't blow it up."
