We finished up the SS Yoke bar squat wave with 20 sets last weekend. Today we used the buffalo bar and decided to work up to 60-70 percent of our perceived max for the day.

deadlifts - conventional - double overhand - used bar with no knurling

worked up to 455 for 2 singles

The squats felt good and using the knurling free deadlift bar was enjoyable. I'd messed around with it once before and it's not as challenging as I thought it would be but I knew I wouldn't be able to hold more than 455.
