Most of my weekend gym time right now is helping others with their training. My girlfriend, Jessica, is prepping for the woman's pro-am, JP is prepping for the Arnold and Janis is prepping for an April meet. I enjoy helping everyone and watching their training advance. My training is focused on keeping my technique good and blood movement.
box squats - box 1" above parallel
worked up to 405 for 6 doubles
dimel deadlifts
135 for 3 sets of 20 reps
stiff leg dumbbell deadlifts
35's for 3 sets of 12
My technique is solid and things are moving well. I have no injuries to work around or rehab and not pains. I'll slowly start increasing teh weights and possibly the reps but things are where they should be for now.
