SS Yoke bar box squats - 16" box

worked up doing triples to 495

585 for 4 sets of 2 reps

 

dimel deadlifts

135 for 5 sets of 10 reps

 

reverse hypers

140 for 4 sets of 15 reps

 

hypers

body weight for 3 sets of 10 reps

 

Dave kept the pace on the squats moving quick and at one point I thought that he may be trying to get me in the cardiac club. Things moved well and I think next week it'll be time to lower the box a little.
