This is the last time I will squat

Without a monolift 🙂

My friend and client, Brenda Banning, has been building pretty much a dream gym for any meat head on her farm in the sticks. She is expecting her monolift from EliteFTS (she got the deluxe because she's a fucking boss) squat bar and deadlift bar this week!! Matt Goodwin hooked her up good here. Brenda also decided this weekend that she needed a bunch more bands and a GHR. So, ya.
My farmer is better than your farmer.

Squatterday's will now be moved to Sunday's at noon and Brenda's Fitness. It's 10$ a person to train there and 5$ if you are a team member (You have to ask Brenda if you are a team member)

On that note, this Saturday I hit my 5th set Squats. I usually only do 15-20 reps in an entire training session, so I knew that was going to be interesting.

95 x 5. I was felling pretty tight. So, I added this in

135 x 5
135 x 5
185 x 5
225 x 3
275 x 3
315 x 2
365 x 2. Really slow
365 x 2
405 x 2
465 x 2 x 4 sets
465 x 10

The first set of 465 was a complete grind. I wasn't sure I was going to be able to get 5 sets let alone do a bunch of reps on the 5th set. Each set got better and better and the 5th I stopped at 10 because I was gassed and out of breathe. I was extremely with this as most of my warm ups were slow and felt heavy.

That being written, toady I am mangled from all the accessories and squatting 10 reps in one set!
