Box squats - box set 1" above parallel

Working up doing doubles to 600

650 for a single

700 for a single

SO...I got to the 700 which JP was repping but mine was to a box above parallel....not the same at all but the motivation worked.

 

dimel deadlifts

135 for 5 reps

225 for 2 sets 5 reps sumo and conventional

 

hypers - against light band

4 sets of 10 reps

 

seated cable crunches

whatever weight was on there for 3 sets of 15 reps

 

Things felt good today.
