I decided to push the raw squat a bit before I put any gear back on. Here is what I did today....

 

Box squats - 16" box

worked up doing triples to 510

did doubles up to 600

650 for a single

715 for a single

 

deadlifts - we have a new deadlift platform with multiple and various band pegs. We decided to test it out...

135 for 14 reps against a bunch of various bands

I know that doesn't really explain much but it was just fun and basically product testing that needs to continue. I will say the last few pulls were challenging and I ripped my callouses off.

hanging leg raises

3 sets of 15 reps
