Feeling good today and decided to do some raw squats just to keep the muscles that are assisted by the gear doing some work.

 

box squat with SS Yoke bar

worked up to 600 for a single

600 for a double

600 for a triple

600 for 4 reps

 

inverse curl machine

used 2 plates of assistance for 3 sets of 8 reps

 

athletic trainer machine - hip walks

180 added for 3 sets of steps

 

I was a little unstable in my hips at the beginning of the squats but got things firing by the end of the session.
