The program today was to squat 3-4 inches high but to go full gear to adjust to the gear. Here is what was done.

 

squat - 3-4 inches high

Metal Ace briefs and Metal Canvas suit

worked up to 495 for 5 sets of 2 reps

then 600 for 2 sets of 3 reps

added reverse bands light bands

700 for 1 and 730 for 1

 

deadlifts

450 for 5 singles

350 for 5 singles

 

band good mornings with average band

2 sets of 20 reps

 

Gear felt pretty good today and I'm trying to adjust to the Metal Canvas suit over the briefs.
