Block 7, Wave 2 - SQ

Today I trained in the wake of a marathon training session during my visit to Georgetown University Strength and Conditioning.  I haven't had time to get a good writeup done for that yet, but it was an outstanding trip and their new facilities are beyond awesome.  That will have to wait a little longer though.  Today I felt beat to hell so just getting my minimums done was an accomplishment.

DB Stepups (12" box)/SS Yoke Bar Calf Raise

I need to either increase the difficulty of the stepups or progress to a new exercise as 15 reps each leg with 50 lb DBs to a 12" box was easy peasy.  This is not a big deal, but I almost never do single leg work beyond 10 reps because I hate it, so doing that last set and having it be easy is really good progress for my knee rehab.
