Continuing my plan of taking a heavy squat every third week today was a specialty bar session with submaximal effort. Where I've previously stalled in the squat is at the midpoint where the momentum out of the hole slows. To help train through this my squat weight will be determined by when the "pop" is from the box is gone and I have to push through the entire squat movement.

worked up to 600 for 5 sets of 2 reps

700 for 1 set of 2 reps
