Block 3, Week 5, Speed & Assistance

I did not feel much like doing jack shite today so I hit the highlights and called it.

Single Leg DB Box Jumps

5ea x BW to 12"

3ea x 15 to 12"

3ea x 15 to 18"

2x3ea x 30 to 18"

After this I felt like total garbage so I just did some quick light weight, high rep sculpting of my guns and called it a day.  One more week of training and then it's rest and recover and regroup time.
