...As I mentioned in a few previous logs, I was doing a lot of floor pressing and dumbbell work the past few months, and very little competition-style benching. As I get things focused back into preparing to compete here soon, I'm putting a lot more focus into training the regular bench.

Week 1 - Day 3 (Primary Bench: 5s Week)

A1. Hammer Strength Lat Pulldowns - 4x10

A2. Pushups - 4x15

B. Bench Press - Triples up to top set of 245x5 (down week)

C1. Close Grip Bench - 3x5

C2. Rolling Dumbbell Tricep Extensions - 3x10

D. Seated Machine Row - 4x10

E. Dumbbell Bicep Curls - 3x10
