Benching

Today was not great, but it was orders of magnitude better than the prior two days of training have been.

Arching was bothering my left SI joint area while I was warming up and it got worse as the weight got heavier, so I switched to benching with a flat back.  This made me weak as snot and my back still was grumping at me, but only mildly and I wasn't about to pick my feet up and bench like a turtle stuck on it's back.

Trying to do 21s with blast straps for pec flys was idiotic and I'm embarrassed that I even tried it.  I won't let it happen again.
