I used to do a lot of step ups and got great leg and glute development from them. I haven't done them in bit so I'm putting them back into the routine.

 

step-ups - box set to just below parallel - SS Yoke bar used

bodyweight for 1 set of 10 reps each leg

SS Yoke bar for 1 set of 10 reps each leg

95 for 1 set of 10 reps each leg

135 for 4 sets of 10 reps each leg

 

hypers

26 pounds on my back for 4 sets of 12 reps

 

adductor / abductor machine

100 for 3 sets of 15 each

 

cable crunches

50 for 3 sets of 12 reps
