Still on this whole no training thing.  It's really hard for me, actually.  All of the free time is odd.  But, surprisingly my body is still sore?  And my back is actually hurting worse than ever.  Some day I'll get on top of this thing.  I'm REAL good at procrastination, if you haven't noticed.

Casey had recommended legitimate time off after this meet, and I couldn't agree more.  So, I'm sticking to it, at least until after next weekend.
