Feeling good and decided to try some straight bar squats today. The plan was to work up to a heavy triple provided my elbow is good.
Box squats - straight bar - raw
worked up to 510 for a triple
dimel deadlifts
135 for 5 sets of 10 reps
hypers
bodyweight for 5 sets of 15 reps
No discomfort or pain in my elbow at all. My squat form was a little off since I hadn't squatted since July but otherwise things felt good.
