I decided to take the reverse bands off and just bench today. I wanted to work up to a moderate weight but keep the bar movement at about 1/2 speed. The theory there is to reduce stress on the tricep tendon.

Bench

worked up to 300 for a triple

 

dumbbell bench

35's for 3 sets of 20

 

chin-ups

4 sets of 5 reps

 

standing military press - angle bar

95 for 4 sets of 8 reps

 

I thing for 17 weeks post surgery today was solid and I'm very pleased with things.
