I strained the shit out of my oblique, or subluxed a rib, or something. But my side is killing me when bracing, and I think I'm very excited to throw the belt back on.
I took the majority of the week off, and just did CGBP today at a YMCA in West Virgina while traveling with my GF Skyler for her powerlifting competition here.
I also did quite a bit of arm hypertrophy work after this composed of mostly cross body hammer curls and incline DB extensions. I need to pack on some muscle mass in order ot hit the benches I need to down the road.
