Speed Lower

My left shoulder was a little sore the past couple days, but once again, felt fine after warming up.

Suited Chain Deadlifts (2 sets of chains)

I stuck with the same weight for all sets today instead of working up to prevent unnecessary stupidity with my shoulder.  Doing speed work with minimal rest periods (~30 sec between sets today) while wearing my Jack Pro DL suit feels like it should be corporal punishment.

I only did 2 work sets here because I could feel my left shoulder was getting tired on these longer sets.
