11/27 - Squat/DL
The minor hip flexor strain I sustained a few weeks ago is now a memory. Today was my first day of pulling sumo from the floor (actually, beneath? the floor) in years and it felt great. As I've said before, I'm kicking myself for not making the switch sooner.
Deficit Sumo DL (2 mats)
565 for 8 singles. All felt really, really good!
Duffalo Bar Box Squats (low box w/ foam pad)
445 6x3. Squats will be ramped back up next week now that my hips are in working order.
RDL's
375 4x10...these suuuucked. Still suffering from the DOMS 3 days later as I type this. Conventional RDL's will be a staple now that I'm committing full time to sumo.
Single Leg Press superset w/ Single Leg Curls
