Sumo DL
565 5x3

RDL With Slow Eccentric
495 3x8

Hack Squat
6 plates 3x8
(should have done 12s)

Wide Stance Pit Shark
2 plates and a quarter 3x10

Rickshaw Carries
1 plate x6

Feeling really good adding back a light 10mm belt and getting back on the DLbar. Position feels like I actually know how to pull sumo and it's really exciting. BW is still dropping but slowing down, so I'm somewhat frustrated there. Will just continue and stay compliant.

I know I know, i've been on a tear about goblet squats BUT I even subbed mine out yesterday because I wanted to play with something else. I've seen Meadows, Ted, Dave, and even Janis plug away on this thing, so I figured I would give it a try. The wide base allows for some really good trunk position to be maintained, but as Dave explained, he designed it with too steep of an angle so those light reverse bands you see helping at the bottom are pretty much a necessity otherwise a patella tendon is going to go AWOL. The ROM I was able to achieve still felt like it might haha, but damn did it feel good. Big ROM on your accessory work equates to a big total on the platform (and little ROM there cuz of your monster quads lol). Or at least that's what we all hope for! . . . @scottmiller5 @kabuki_virtualcoaching @kabukistrengthlab @elitefts @brandon_senn @team_sibya @baconandbarbells.co @leviathannutrition @positionusa #TeamEliteFTS #STRONGTHESULLIVANWAY #kabukistrength #TeamKS #KSVirtualCoaching
