- Worked up to 545 to a 3 board and then did the following to a 2 board
- 440 for 3 reps
- 480 for 3 reps
- 495 for 2 reps
2. Tricep extensions with SS Yoke bar
- worked up to 225 for 2 sets of 5 reps
3. Rear Delt Machine
- 2 sets 12 reps with 130 pounds
4. Chest supported T-bar rows
- 2 sets 8 reps with 135 pounds
