  • Worked up to 545 to a 3 board and then did the following to a 2 board
  • 440 for 3 reps
  • 480 for 3 reps
  • 495 for 2 reps

2. Tricep extensions with SS Yoke bar 

  • worked up to 225 for 2 sets of 5 reps

3. Rear Delt Machine

  • 2 sets 12 reps with 130 pounds

4. Chest supported T-bar rows

  • 2 sets 8 reps with 135 pounds
