Barbell floor press

Bar for a few

135 for 2 sets of 5 reps

225 for 3 reps

315 for 3 reps

365 for 3 reps

Took bar weight to 285 with one plate and 3 quarters per side. Then did a drop set striping a quarter after each set of 12 reps. Only got 8 reps with 185 and 135

 

 

Dumbbell bench - flat

70’s for 4 sets of 15 reps

 

Overhead barbell military press

Bar for a few

95 for 10 reps

135 for 10 reps

155 for 3 sets of 8 reps
