1. Bench Press – wore Ace size 56 bench shirt

  • Worked up to 495 to a 1 board
  • Dumbed 545 to a 1 board and shut it down there.
  • The bar got inform of my elbows at handout and I was unable to recover

2. Dumbbell press

  • 70’s for 3 sets of 20 reps

3. Rear Delt Machine

  • 2 sets of 12 reps with the stack

4. Rows-Barbell

  • 2 sets of 8 reps with 185.
