Events @ ISCF

Trained on Sunday today for several reasons, not the least of which is I really do not want to be around a bunch of people.  I am glad that I trained with Cody though cause right now I have no plan and trying to guide myself with my programming is not going well so I just let him set the events and weights and I made small adjustments here and there, but just basically followed along with him.

All tackyless for me.  The 215 and 250 stones had been out in the rain and were slick as crap.  The 280 stone is mine that I brought from the Unit so it was dry because I brought it during a lull in the all day rain.
