  • Took 565 to touch today. This was the first full bench I have done in an Ace shirt in over 2 years.

2. Rear Delt Machine

  • 2 sets 12 reps with the stack

3. Rows - dumbbell

  • 2 sets of 8 reps with 150 pounds.
