Still not feeling 100% but better every day. Decided to take it easy and here is what I did…

 

Warm-ups

Stationary bike (3-minutes), band pull aparts, Indian club swings, reverse grip dumbbell press

 

Dumbbell bench- flat

35’s for 10 reps

50’s for 5 sets of 10 reps

 

Military press – dumbbell

30’s for 4 sets of 12 reps

 

Cable rows

40 for 10 reps

80 for 4 sets of 10 reps

 

I helped out the guys and called it a day. Feel week and there isn’t any reason to push it today. I do feel better but can tell whatever this bug was that got me wants to hang on a bit longer.
