Feeling slightly beat up from yesterday but I decided to put the shirt back on today. This will be the second week in a row in the shirt and not something I typically like to do. I’m deloading next weekend though so I decided to go ahead and do it. Here is what I did…

Stationary bike (3 minutes), band pull aparts, Indian club swings, reverse grip dumbbell press

 

Bench

Bar for a few

135 for 2 sets of 5 reps

225 for 3 reps

315 for 3 reps

Put on new Pro/King bench shirt

405 to a 3 board for 3 reps

495 to a 3 board for 2 reps

585 to a 3 board for a single

405 to a 3 board for 3 reps

 

Dumbbell rows

70’s for 4 sets of 20 reps

 

Overhead barbell military press

Bar for a few

95 for 10 reps

135 for 10 reps

155 for 3 sets of 8 reps

 

The shirt work took a toll today. My nervous system is shot. Weights moved well but everything felt really heavy. Next shirt session I’m going to try to touch something.
