Training at Catalyst today. I got to see and bench with some friends today. I fell pretty good and had a much needed break yesterday. Here is how things went…



Rolling, band pull aparts, reverse grip dumbbell press



Bar for a few

135 for 10 reps

225 for 5 reps

275 for 3 reps

315 for 4 sets of 3 reps – 2 sets paused at chest

415 to a 3 board for 3 reps


Lat pull downs

100 for 15 reps

Stack for 3 sets of 10 reps


Horizontal military press

15’s for 4 sets of 10 reps


Low pulley cable rows

100 for 8 reps

Stack for 2 sets of 8 reps


I was surprised on how benching went today. Things felt great and the reps were precise and crisp.
