I am feeling the effects of yesterday’s training! My nervous system was pushing back a bit and I was moving slow. Left shoulder, probably from pressure from the bar yesterday, was hurting a bit when I woke up. We’ll see how benching goes….

Stationary bike (3 minutes), rumble roller, band pull aparts, reverse grip dumbbell press

 

Bench

Bar for a few

135 for 2 sets of 3 reps

Remaining presses to a 3 board

225 for 3 reps

315 for 3 reps

405 for 3 reps

455 for 3 reps

Put on Brock bench strap

495 for 3 reps

 

Reverse cable flies

17.5 for 5 sets of 12 reps

 

I was spent and called it a day. Contrast shower in the near future.
