1. Bench Press - Wore single Ace bench shirt

  • Work up to 585 off a 1 board for  single
  • 495 x 3 reps to a 1 board
  • 520 x 1 rep to a 1 board
  • 545 x 1 rep to a 1 board
  • 550 x1 rep - was unable to touch. shirt locks up at about a 1/2 board.

2. Rear Delt Machine

  • 2 sets 12 reps with 150 pounds.

4. Rows - barbell 

  • worked up to 2 sets of 8 reps with 225.

I'm really struggling in the shirt. It is a bit too small and with it not fitting correctly it makes the bubble really small. I am able to keep the weight on it but am unable to pull down hard enough to get it to touch without getting loose. I'll push it a little more but will likely need a new shirt.
