I recently lifted in the 2019 USPA National Championships where I totaled 1769 in wraps at 198 via a 655 squat, 451 bench and 661 deadlift. I'll be lifting at an APF meet in Chicago this December to wrap up the year.

1. Squat - Last warm up and opener

Last Warm up - 545 x 2 x 2

Opener- The easiest thing to load was 625. This was a little heavier than I had wanted, but out of laziness decided it was fine. Took it first with a reverse band and was just OK with how it moved. Decided to take a single straight weight to see if it was really an opener or if I was being optimistic.

I wasn't being optimistic. It moved very well and I feel good about opening there (or very close to there). I'm super happy about this! My squat took the biggest hit with weight loss. The bench and deadlift aren't too far off but the squat has been rough. Opening at 625 puts me a lot closer than I was earlier this year. It definitely an indicator of good progress.

2. Deadlift- 325 x 3 x 2. We just bought a new, long over due, deadlift bar. Feels nice!

3. Suspended Good Morning - 335 x 3 x 5

4. Goblet Squat/TKE - 25 pounds and light bands for 3 x 15

5. Pull Down Abs - 4 x 10
