Elbow has been feeling good and I'm the most optimistic I have been since the injury.

 

Dumbbell bench - flat

worked up doing sets of 10 to 100's

130's for 8 reps

150's for 8 reps

 

barbell bench against light bands

135 for 3 reps

185 for 3 reps

225 for 3 reps

275 for 1 rep

 

dumbbell rows

100 for 4 sets of 12 reps

 

behind the head lat pull downs

100 for 3 sets of 20 reps

 

My confidence is building with each reps.
