I'm excited to announce that myself, along with Wil Fleming are looking for strength athletes to test a program that we have devised to help build the "Super Total". This includes the disciplines of powerlifting and weightlifting. This program will be FREE of charge, and will include coaching and critique from myself and Wil. If this is something you, or someone you know, please contact myself or Wil and let us know you are interested. We are going to hold this to very few limited spots, and expect them to go incredibly fast! This program would work VERY well for those that compete or do CrossFit.
