Kasey Brooke competing in her first full power meet in over a year stepped up today and performed. She has battled a hamstring injury for months but has battled back and kicked ass at her return to raw fullpower meet. Kasey had a perfect day going 9 for 9 on attempts and making a statement for what she is capable of in the future for only her 3rd meet. Here is what she accomplished:

Kasey I remember the first day you walked into my gym a few years ago. My first thought was that you would never make it a week. Boy did you prove me wrong. In a year of training with us boys you lost over a 100 pounds of body weight and did your first meet and was hooked. You have came a long ways, lets go a little farther.
