Riley Smith is an 18 year old senior at McDowell High, a super star post player for The McDowell Lady Titans Basketball Team, a MAC all conference 1st team player, she played in The NC Blue-White All-Star games as well this season (the night before this meet I might add!) and lets not leave out the most important information about Ms. Riley: she is a very smart and beautiful young lady with a heart of gold and a smile that can light up an entire room. Riley is such a pleasure to have on our Team/Family here at NeboBarbell - Nebo, North Carolina. She has been with us for almost a year now and due to her very hectic and overwhelming schedule with basketball and school she still found the time to train with us. This was her 1st powerlifting meet and she choose to do a raw push/pull meet. I am very proud of Ms. Riley. I know she wanted more but how many of us compete in the biggest basketball game of your life the night before in another state then travel to compete in your very first powerlifting meet the next morning? Riley Smith does....
