Tues, 17 Dec 19 - Legs

Rehabbing my right knee from the medial meniscus tear I gave myself has been going well, but squatting has been something that hurts during and/or after so that's been limited to BFR body weight squats for a bit.  Today I added real squats back in, but with light weight, just to test out my knee.

BFR Band TKE

75ea x avg

SSYB Box Squats

20x65

10x155

10x205
-----------

10x235

2x10x255

I felt these a lot more in my ass today than in my quads or hammies, possibly from doing the BFR 1st so I may try skipping that next week.  Right knee felt good though.

RDLs

20x45

10x135
-----------

3x10x225

I didn't go up any more from here because my let lat was feeling questionably sore like perhaps I tweaked it yesterday.  Plus, this whole first week or two I am just trying to get a feel for whether I'm gonna stick with this nonsense for a bit or try something different.

RFE Split Squats/Hypers

2x{10ea x BW/15xBW}

SL Calf Raises

25/16/12xBW - Only rest while doing other leg

One thing I have noticed for sure with this body part split training - my work capacity has gone to poop and that is unacceptable.
