After having set an all-time PR on my equipped bench press with 457lbs, I'm taking the next 12-16 weeks to focus on hypertrophy training. My wife is beginning to diet to do a show within the next year, so I'm shifting this time to join in her footsteps for support. I'm hoping to compete again before the end of 2019.

Tuesday evening's training session looks really easy on paper, but I ended up having my legs feel like total slosh after I was done. This is definitely one of those workouts that you give a try when you're short on time, yet want to get something good in the mix. Highly suggest giving this workout a go sometime.
Items Used in this Training Session
Warm Up
Tons of PRI Based Stuff
A1) Leg Extensions
6x15
B1) Ascending and Descending Belt Squats
Worked up to a hard set of 8, and back down
*This is basically one giant set. I started off with 8 reps with one plate per side. I kept adding a plate, and doing 8 reps until I could barely get 8. Then I went back down and just did AMRAP at each weight. I got nearly 150 reps in. This was brutal.*
C1) Lying Leg Curls
3x15
