Yesterday I posted to Facebook to give people an idea of how my physique has changed over the last four years.

This comparison demonstrates what a "recomp" looks like. On the left I was binging daily and eating from 1000-1500 LESS calories than I am now. I wore a size 8 (also flexing my abs as hard as possible, hah). On the right - this morning - I have been intuitively eating for 3 years, not going through any specific bulking/cutting phases. I now wear a size 4-5. Consisitency, heavy lifting, and a HUGE change in attitude lead to these changes (cutting out dairy/meat helped too). #youcantoo
