READ THIS. I'm so happy for my guys.

Let's talk about the @uspaohio @uspapower drug tested competition at @thespotathletics this past weekend. From the beginning, my two big guys @_dex_jones_ and @pull_mybeard knew they were going to put on a show. Tyree closing the day with a 514 wilks and a 2061 total, and Dex breaking the ATWR at 181 for drug tested athletes at 1768 for a 540 wilks. @rodney_reed_ had a tough meet prep riddled with some nagging injuries, but managed to get quality work in and walk away with a huge total pr along with some monster lifts on the day for his second meet ever. Speaking of second meets, @jparker_10 managed to hit another total pr and despite some novice fumbles, he put it together and is more than ready to do so again after he gets up to 220 lol. I worked with @pleasentremi for a few months prior, and offered some assistance the day of and was so happy to see him hit an awesome total pr as well along with his patented grind on benches. And finally, @matt.guzik the only lifter more neurotic than myself. Hitting big ass pr's on his second attempts and going 8/9 for his biggest total in the best fed he's competed in. I'm so proud and so happy that these men and women TRUST me enough to let me be a part of their getting stronger, and allow me to be their coach in addition to being their friend. If I could never lift again, this would still be worth it. The feeling of joy I've received from being with them and the gratitude I feel is indescribable. It makes life and struggle worthwhile.
