Today our lifters hit a heavy opener on squats then a heavy single on a high box.  I am getting away from rev bands as I don't like the uncertainty of the weight taken off at the bottom and the way it sets the lifter in a fixed plane.   Everyone hit their weight good.  We still have a lot of time till the meets. As long as everyone stays healthy we should have a few raw 1000lb women's total and a couple raw 2000lb raw totals.
