Today our Powerlifting squad hit some extra work for the lower body.  Safety squat bar good mornings, glute/ham raises/sled push, and heavy abs was on the agenda.  We went pretty heavy on mon and wanted to still get some work today but not kill them.  Meet is getting close so we have to be smart about every session.  I like the way the group is moving towards a better team.  Just like any sports team everyone has to be on the same page.  The ones that aren't have to move onto something else, somewhere else.  The crazy notion that I tried to form a small group of three lifters over a year ago goes against what I am trying to do/build.  Two of the small group of three are gone.  The other one is still sticking around for now.

As far as for my rehab it is moving in he right direction.  Breathing is going better.  The sleep study was a success as well.  Slept well last night.  Ready for June to get here.
