Today our powerlifting crew hit squats then some light deadlifts. Getting the crew prepped for next couple weeks is key. The lifters we are coming with have all been busting their asses. We had a few sit out the Arnold due to a lot of issues such as family issues to leaning the team.
The painter has a great start of a big job on the main wall on turf. Will take a pix once done. The usapl meet on sat is supposed to be a good showing 50 lifters and they are expecting around 100 spectators.
